When you work a B-dubs its like being part of the family, thats what they want you to think. When you first start at Buffalo Wild Wings they'll probably put you as a dish washer or a trash thrower outer. The whole point of working at a BW3 is to rise the coorporate chain. You start at the bottom and rise to the top by proving yourself worthy. Start as a dish washer and in 2-5 years become the General Manager. The challenge is there, you gotta go fight for it.

I think a server job seems pretty straight forward, you serve the people their food

Work Environment

Working at Buffalo Wild Wings can look pretty similar where ever you go. There will be bartenders and chefs around you. You probably wont have a crazy amount of problems there like annoying customers.

How To Become One

To become a BW3 server you really could work there in high school, but most like if you have a high school diploma

Pay

The average pay for a BW3 server is $17 an hour

Server $17 an hour or between 30,000-$49,000 per year
General Manager Minimum pay $24 an hour or between 56,000-$58,000 per year
